code2 1
As the proud owner of a new Saiga 12 as of yesterday, i would like to report the following: After I purchased the aforementioned firearm at the Ft Worth gun show on June 26 2010, I took her immediately to a gun range that I had in mind. Of course, I was scared that I had purchased a vodka special, and was kind of anticipating the worst. However...... It worked perfectly! From cheap wally world bulk, to high brass buck, to good ol' slugs....she spit shells out of the port with an enthusiasm unmatched by anything I've seen! I never even went to setting 2... After lurking here for months...planning my purchase, and possible upgrades, I've learned alot, and am glad things turned out ok...well, minus my sore shoulder Love this gun! hobbyshooter 59
Great news. Both of my S12s worked perfect right out of the box. It's a good thing.
billyjoebob 10
I never even went to setting 2... Sounds great, but keep an eye on the rear trunnion and make sure it isn't getting beaten up by high brass. If you start seeing a lot of wear, the gun is probably overgassed. Simple fix...pick up a gunfixr plug.
