AR Stock on my Saiga?

What would I need to put an AR stock onto my Saiga? My mother in law works at an army surplus store than caters to AR's but can get a good discount on parts.

CSS has this mount and tube for $40.. then you just pick you type of collapsible stock..

They also carry a AR pignose that bolts onto FLAT backplate or ISA for $19. CSS

 

The ISA (internal stock adaptor or internal receiver block) plate will run $43. CSS

 

You could use those 2 items then just goto the local store and pick your 'poison' of tubes and stocks.

I believe Cheaperthandirt and Midway USA carries adapters that allow you yo just bolt it in to the rear trunnion like any normal stock and install onto that.
