The lower half and screws (that attach the 2 halves together) are brand new and untouched. I unrolled the bubble wrap to look at it, but didn't even touch the beast. The upper half is lightly used. I never attached anything to the rail, but it does have a few minor scuffs. Original installation instructions are included. $75 shipped.
