Saiga Model 100. 308

Recommended Posts

Hi, a local shop has a Saiga Model 100, chambered in .308 for sale, its used but looks in good shape . Does anyone have any experience/ thoughts on this model?. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'd take a look in the .308 section. There are plenty of threads there that will detail what you want to know. I do know the conversion process incorporates going through an extra spotweld.

I do not believe you can convert a 100 series Saiga.

Oh, one of those. I stand corrected. Never actually even seen one of these in person so I couldn't tell you.
