The modern bayonets mount on the bottom of the FSB with a lug and on the ridge of the 74 style brake. Are you going for a 103 style conversion? Quote Link to post Share on other sites

bigsal 757 Posted January 5, 2011 Report Share Posted January 5, 2011 if you are doing a FSB/GB combo you will ether need to do an SBR or have the Muzzle device permanently attached to make an OAL of 16"... if that is the case the distance between the fsb/gb and the end of the bore will be to far for a 74 pattern bayonet. 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
