SKSseven 0
just finished my conversion, upon testing the hammer keeps getting hung up on the disconector as seen in this video link. Any ideas guys? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HYOgv34SZL8
geepelton 105
Dumb question: Did you put your dis connector spring in?
L5K 162
It looks to me like you might have some burr, or burrs on the mating surfaces of the disconnector and hammer. I'd start there. Also, just to be sure check to make sure the rear upper part of the trigger is not rubbing against the pistol grip. I have had that issue with some new pistol grips needing to be trimmed to clear the trigger and let it reset forward.

Not sure if I would have caught that. working like a champ now Also, got rid of the retaining plate and replaced it with hitch pins. Bolt is nice and smooth now too. It was getting hung up on the plate a bit. Edited August 9, 2011 by SKSseven
