Doug Hartley 526
Robert Wright was on hand at the FBI Academy in Quantico, VA last week to deliver the first 6 R&R Saiga 12 pistol grip shotguns to the FBI and provide in person training. R&R won the contract after guns from several companies were tested against the R&R entry. The remaining guns on the contract will be delivered over the next several months. sunnybean 939
That's not a pistol. With the vertical grip, it's an AOW...

haugpatr 972
Congrats on the contract! I would imagine that it fires as good as it looks! Are these ever going to be available for sale to the public? I don't think I am quite FBI material
Doug Hartley 526
Call it what you want but it's sure fun to shoot! Not sure on future availability to civilians but I can ask. Doug

gunfun 3,931
I know WA can have AOW but not SBS, there may be some demand from your neighbors to the North.

Doug Hartley 526
Robert has sold one civilian version so far and did the paperwork as a SBS per his ATF rep. He is checking now to see if they will allow them to be labeled as AOWs. List price is $2798 and is on the website. Doug
carrjoe 0
If the S12 has not been imported without a stock or every had a stock on it so it can be labeled an AOW if not it has to be labeled a SBS. If it's a virgin receiver it can be labelled an AOW. I'd love to have an AOW, but I only know CGW making them now. Some states will allow AOW's not SBS so it be nice to have another vender doing AOW's. Nice looking conversion. Edited December 10, 2011 by saigajc
