TPABA 0
Anyone in Cali have an S12? They really don't allow any saigas?
McUZI 1
No Saigas. They were imported after the CA state ban, thus no one in CA owns them save for the select few operations permitted to own such things in that state.
jmdove 3
Anyone in Cali have an S12? They really don't allow any saigas? Banned's answer is news to me. I live in California and own two of them. I have no problems getting them. BUT you have to know the law and what to do to make them legal. Same old story. jmDove
DrGonZo 157
They are perfectly legal here in CA. As long as its not an early EAA Saiga (European American Armory was the importer before RAA). You just have to follow the laws and make sure it doesn't have any features listed on the CADOJ's assault weapons guide. If you want a Saiga shotgun. it can NOT have a folding or collapsible stock and must have a magazine lock. If you want a converted rifle, you must have a magazine lock as well. Read the laws on the CADOJ web page and know them for yourself, then you'll be able to educate those jack-nobblers that are spreading bullshit like herpes.
vintagedude88 16
McUzi is WRONG! (hence probably why hs is banned) Total FUD! Many happy Kalifornians have S12's. All that is needed is a magazine lock. Same as the bullet button is for the ARs in Kommiefornia.
