Saiga Disconnector Spring

Recommended Posts

When I build my AMD-65 kit, the disconnector spring that came with the kit worked fine in the Tapco FCG I purchased . . . Now I'm working on "converting" my Saiga .308. However, the Saiga's disconnector spring is to large to fit into the Tapco FCG's disconnector.

Has anyone else had this issue, and if so what did you do to solve it?

thanks in advance,

Larry

Redrill the hole in the disconnector slightly larger to accomodate the saiga spring is one way to go about it...

Another spring was another option, although I am not sure where to get the other spring...

What else am I missing here, guys???
