nub 0
I lost the screw for the handguard (the one in front of mag well). What's the size of that screw? Is there any way to prevent if from getting loose? Thanks Edited April 28, 2013 by nub

JoeAK 337
I think it's M5 - .8, I have a couple 5 - .8 nuts that I used for handguards that I made.
canoecanoe 63
Take your handguard to Lowes and try screws until you find one that fits.
Bigtwin 219
Removable Loctite This can work. I have no need for it on my handgaurd. After a good sinching down, it has not come loose in over a thousand rounds. Even if it did, you would notice it and tighten acordingly. Hey if loctite is too much in your neck of the woods, you could always try automotive gasket silicone.......should function the same, hold the screw from backing out but be removable.
