After seeing their work and what's possible in terms of placement, fonts, depth control, I'd never let a manual engraver touch my stuff. It truly is a night and day difference at a comparable cost. Had it done in a automated laser engraving machine at the big pet store supply place in the big city of Medford OR. There was a big thick plate glass window between the laser and us.
