mp2go1 0 Posted January 29, 2005 Report Share Posted January 29, 2005 finally got some pics. pg conversion, barrel cut down 3",11*target crown, threaded for the muzzle brake or flash hider, refinished the wood, and added a bipod and sling. going to test it out very soon. hopefully it shoots as good as it looks. mp2go1 0 Posted January 29, 2005 Author Report Share Posted January 29, 2005 actually its a romanian stock, i replaced the gas piston to make the parts count. ironwooddesigns is supposed to be working on a stock set for the s-.308. i spoke w/matt about 2 weeks ago and he said it should hopefully be available soon in the next 3-4 weeks or so. a laminate set on this would be sweet. mp2go1 0 Posted February 3, 2005 Author Report Share Posted February 3, 2005 blenderwizard, the traditional grip got set aside for the saw grip a couple of days ago. it feels much better. it may change to the ergo grip from bjbuffers as that also feels nice. i see you guys like the mags......there were 8 more that got distributed amongst fellow members recently. felt kinda bad that no one was able to find them around. hey vit, dude, get one and convert it to pistol grip and dont look back. the remington 870 i had got sold because it would have never been picked up again and added another s-12 to the family to replace it.
