yes Ive had the same difficulties. I have dime size groups at 25 yards and not even on paper at 100. I was really frustrated with the scope but got lucky. I found all my shots from the last range trip a little low and right. Now that its close at 100 I have to carefully move the group up and over. ive heard that the POSP is very sensitive with the adjustments and that would explain it as well as the bullet ballistics. i use one on a 5.45x39 rifle so I know from this graph that if im approx. 15cm high at 100 meters Im back at zero at 300.

Not completely correct. If you read the law; having the parts CAN put you in trouble if you are thought to be able to adapt the gun to full auto. this is my understanding. So if you have papers showing conversion or are building your own receivers it could be a problem. just lose the parts to be on the safe side.

I cant find the folding buttstock hold device that is installed on the forward left side of the reciever. Anyone know where to buy these small but critical parts?

Im confused as to why a FSB for a AK74 (5.45x39) is working on a 7.62x39 saiga rifle? is the inner diameter an issue?
