With that said, I Try not to get into to much welding, but I still end up doing my fair share of puddling. I don't weld daily like you and Tony, thank god, cause I really don't enjoy it much anymore, I do however like to tig when needed! When you're not a professional welder, meaning someone who welds daily for their living, then you don't want to drop $500- $1000 on a hood, some hoods get really stupid in price! AK Titan is a whole new rail system, from front to back, but to look at the front section you wouldn't be able to hardly tell it. What we sell now will work with the back section we are coming out with. Really just depends on what you want to spend, the AK Titan will cost more than our AK rail, obviously. I know this is a little confusing since I can't divulge much information at this point to really make since.

Yeah, thats my fault. I've been so busy bringing in equipment and setting machines up for the past couple months, been a little crazy I forgot to tell my Preston to get it up. I'll push to get something up there this week for sure. Maybe for you! But if I'm footing the bills on this production run and it looks like I am, then no! The rail I have designed for this is a high end rail to be professionally built and manufactured, not a homemade thing being made behind someones house in their garage.

I am one step closer to bring the baddest rail system AK's have ever seen to market. This will be a game changer. I'm really excited about this because soon I'll be able to show off my latest work!

Yeah I read that too, I'm glad to hear he's still kickin. As far as our mini drum and steel stick mags 2013 is looking pretty good, we have been putting together our in house press shop so we are getting closer to this happening.

When it comes to aluminum being use in as a muzzle device, as a manufacture I was only comfortable using 7075, which is pretty pricey but has near steel qualities. As far as I know the Chaos Wave break was the first production aluminum brake for the Saiga 12, and I made my first prototypes out of 6061 and found small hair line fractures after 500 rds. using DP testing "Dye-penetrant testing" I'm not saying 6061 can't hold up as a break, but you have to really beef it up where it can fail and as a manufacture, with my name on the line, 7075 was the only choice I could go with!

In most cases you can straighten the gas block pretty easy, but yes these guns are a little different from one to another. Thanks for your kind words about my product.

Yes, I haven't give up on both drums and the 8rd steel stick mag. We are installing these presses because we are tooling up to manufacture parts for the Chaos AK Titan field strip able rail system and produce steel mags.
