I called them and tried to place an order with them, after what I thought was a run around, I gave up. I ordered the same stock and folding mechanism from MAA on Wednesday and it shipped the following day, should be here on Monday.

I think the only way to do the slots right is with a mill or maybe a table router. I just drilled mine, just waiting the ace folder from MAA. I'm itching to shoot it. Maybe I should have taking it for a spin before I started my conversion LOL

I got all my Tromix conversion parts in from MAA this week and I noticed the rear receiver plate holes are off set a bit, do the holes go towards the bottom or top ? Can some one also tell me the correct angle the rear of the receiver needs to be cut before welding on the plate? Thanks for the cool products

Hey everyone Just bought my first Saiga last week and have been reading every topic I can. I'm an avid AR guy with lots of different builds but have never owned or worked on an AK platform. Thanks to all the guys that wrote the FAQs topics it looks like a breeze to mod the Saiga 12. I order two mags from AGP to start, the drum is a little out of my price range right now, but I would like to do the conversion and cannot find the Tromix trigger guard anywhere on the net. MAA shows out of stock. Do you guys have any leads on where else I can buy one. Hoping also to SBS this next year, as soon
