    Wood furniture

Let us know what you find out. I'd be interested myself. My Saiga needs wood!
  2. Will somebody please make a quality, reasonably priced ($35ish) 8rd mag? That would be the perfect mag for the S12 IMO.
  3. I think those new 8rd Surefire mags might be perfect for my needs. I'd like to see them around $35 and I'd buy at least 4.
  4. I agree 100 %. This is the one I used in my conversion and it is fantastic. No regrets here and its offered at a nice price through blackjack buffers. I have oredered a few things from them and all was fine. DT Just wanted to chime in here on Blackjack Buffers. +1 for them. Excellent prices, super fast shipping and great customer service.
  5. Anybody know of a place that has the DIY triggerguard in stock? Also, I'm sticking with the OEM stock for now. What's my best choice for a pistol grip? Thanks.
  6. Anybody have one of these? How do you like it? I've got a vented OEM handguard w/rail and am thinking about going with this one instead. It looks more versatile. Oh, since it's US made, will this count as swapping out another part for 922? Thanks.
  7. Dang, just got mine last week! Oh well, I still got a good deal @ $568 shipped. I agree with the others, dealing with Centerfire was an excellent experience. Super fast shipping and great customer service. Heck, I may buy another.
  8. I just picked up a bunch of parts including a new gas piston from blackjackbuffers.com. Excellent prices, excellent service and super fast shipping.
  9. What's everyone storing their Saiga 12 and accessories in? I've been looking mostly at lockable wall racks: http://gunracks.tylerrose.com/rifle-racks.htm http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/cb/cb.aspx?a=242225 Any others out there? I only need about 5 long guns storage and like the lockable rack idea since I don't have a full size safe (yet). I can still keep my mags and ammo locked up elsewhere. How about a case for going to the range? Any soft cases out there that are better than the others for a Saiga 12 (19")? Right now I have the OEM stock on there but eventually I'll
  10. 4 (1 OEM, 3 Taiwan) 5 rd 2 Surefire 12rd I'd like to get about 4 8rd Russian mags but not at the price it looks like they're going for. Same thing with the 20rd drum. I'll probably skip it and get more 10-12rd mags. I realize mag prices may go up but I reach a point where I have enough for my needs. I'll invest my money elsewhere in my gun collection. That drum is cool though.
  11. Thanks everyone, Just bought 3 from here, giving me 4 total 5rd mags and 2 12rd mags. Do I drop the $240 on the 20rd mag??!!
  12. I notice a lot of OEM hanguards with a rail bolted on underneath. What rail works best in that application? The most I'll ever have on the rail is maybe a vertical grip and occasionally a light. Any other mounting tips I should follow before I tackle this? Thanks.

    Drum purchase

I've been debating the drum purchase myself. I have 2 5rd mags and 2 12rd Surefire mags. I could get another 4-5 Surefire mags for the price of the drum. Having the drum would be fun at the range though and it would probably be a good investment while I can still get one. Which would you rather have, more 5/10/12 mags or a drum? I guess I better brace my bank account after buying a Saiga 12.
  14. I've got the vented OEM handguard for my S12. What rail do you use and how solid is the mount? How much for just a rail installation? Thanks.
  15. Thanks for the replies, I've read a bunch in both of those threads but I'm still wondering about the OEM vented handguard swapout and do I actually take a foreign part off to add the Shark Brake (just ordered it)? If not, I'd just be adding a US part which isn't helping me. Also, using mags like the Surefire 12rd mags. Do their 3 US parts count or should I leave that out of the equation for when I'm using 5rd mags thus losing 3 US parts? Any other input on the trigger reach with my approach? I'm not real fond of the Tapco stock but I'm sure it would help me out US partswise. Thank
