    Well, I can bend my knee again without the gash almost breaking open, so production is once again full speed!

      More like stay smart.

       

      I was grinding up a channel to make a tool I needed when I really should have been milling, but I wanted to save my carbide 1/2" endmill some wear so I figured I'd grind first to bring it close then mill it to bring it to precision specs..

       

      Bad move.

       

      It cost me more time than the $70.00 endmill is worth.
