  1. You can file down the plastic very slightly on the mag or just bump the bottom after inserting the mag is what I do. If you bump it pretty good it will catch and over time will wear down the plastic just enough to where it will catch without it.
  2. I had written down .050". I'm not sure where I got that from but in the end I just compared the new one to the original hammer and ground until they were the same.
  3. I'll add a couple 1000 to that too....Ordered parts on Thursday around noon and got them at my house on Saturday(today). Great products at a great price and very fast shipping to go along with it. I couldn't be more satisfied.
  4. Mine is late Dec 08 production and it is very finiciky with 2 1/2" anything. I actually have the best luck, in that I have never had any problems at all, with 3" Winchester super X that I buy here at Walmart(as much as I hate walmart). I did run through some of the 2 1/2" 3 ball buckshot that was at walmart, also winchester, that seemed to cycle fine but at almost a $1.50 a round I didn't fire many.
  5. Yupyup...I actually have found lots already over the past few weeks....was trying to make sure it was in fact what I wanted....and decided it was...now need to do a conversion....but that will have to wait till after the holidays....
  6. I have been looking around the site for a while now and just went and got my early Christmas present from myself, with my wife's permission of course. Picked up the Saiga 410. Interested in doing a conversion soon...but haven't even had the chance to fire it yet. Anyways I didn't see a place for new member introductions and wanted to say hello....
