  1. I'm in for 8 please. My commitment is firm as long as I'm sending the PayPal payment to a verified PayPal ID with confirmed address and buyer protection.
  2. That's my very next step after buying my place in the country with septic, water well, PV's, spare parts, etc. Regarding food; I hope to buy "mostly" from one vendor in one clean/simple/fast swoop. Some are claiming 25+ years storability. Any advice?? yup, lookup your local LDS Mormon food cannery and setup an appointment.. if they don't accept appointments from non-members you better make a Mormon friend fast.. trust me you wont find better prices anywhere. http://www.providentliving.org/pfw/multimedia/files/pfw/pdf/123005_BSS_HS_OrderForm_Jan2011US_ENG_pdf.pdf
  3. I agree. I went with the ak-74 as my main battle rifle because family, friends.. even the women in my family have proven to handle it easily after training with them. It is not by far my only weapon.. but is one of the main platforms I would depend upon over a long period of time more heavily because its proven reliability and durability. I'm actually more focused on buying long term food storage that will last us 15+ years.. without food and creature comforts your guns may not be able to save you.
  4. This is just my personal opinion and I'm not trying to throw dirt on Lancaster, but I will say this is the third time I have heard some very unsettling events and shady dealing go on specifically through Chet. A close friend ordered a bunch of Lancaster Arms ak-47 barrels and gave the guy the run around for over a month before they finally refunded his money.. and more than a few reviews I've read where customers would return defective items and it would take the company months to get them to refund their money.. It's enough to make me steer clear. Delve deep and dig your own research on the c

  6. Quick tip I was about to buy an IZ-240 but ultimately decided on two Iterarms IAC AK-74s instead. When I spoke to Atlantic on Monday last week I was told they would have a new shipment of the IZ-240 in stock in exactly two weeks last Monday. Just scroll down to the Middle of the page here: http://www.atlanticfirearms.com/storeproduct796.aspx Type in your email under "Product Notification Emails" and they will contact you with a direct link to checkout the IZ-240 once they arrive in. 1st come 1st served. That's how I purchased the last few IZ-240s from Atlantic and their system works great.
  7. I PMd you the address come on over! I kind of look at it as an investment too.. I cant really afford to buy anymore but I know the price on the tins have nowhere to go but up. AK-74 has been growing in popularity rapidly the last few years due to it's effectiveness and cheap cost. I've convinced most friends and family to buy an AK-74 because of my supply.. so there welcome to share should SHTF.
  8. Sounds very fishy too me. I have over 20k rounds and the best deal I've ever stumbled across was at a gun show someone was trying to get rid of two cans for $100 each. I'm not saying it didn't happen just very unlikely they payed $165 for over 4k round unless it was some kind of one time liquidation sale, I know for a fact the gun shops pay ALOT more than that wholesale in bulk. Aims good but I buy all my stuff here: http://surplusammo.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=0&products_id=38 The price works out to $280 shipped to my location for 2160 rounds. A littl
  9. I own two Saiga 5.45 sporters. I would also suggest Atlantic Firearms Interarms IAC 74s. If you guys have the extra money and don't want to hassle with doing alot of modifications later on, they are very high quality builds for the money. http://www.atlanticfirearms.com/storeproduct949.aspx http://www.atlanticfirearms.com/storeproduct950.aspx
  10. I own 4 AK-74s and have spare parts for each, 20 mags a piece ect.. 5.45 will be the primary round I use.. you guys are making me feel like I went overboard lol.. I honestly didn't feel this was overkill.. just an adequate supply for that many AK-74s.
  11. It's taken awhile but I'm finally comfortable with my 5.45x39 ammo supply. At this price you cannot buy enough for long term storage. Lets hope prices stay affordable for awhile.
  12. Wanted to give a big Thank you to Nathan for getting our adapter out to us, we know your swamped. You can expect more recommendations to friends/family and more orders from us, our friend is doing the drimmel work so we will post pics soon.
  13. Thanks a ton for the fast response, looking forward to it.
