As wintertime approaches and I realize need to get back into school, cash becomes a factor. So, with a touch of sadness, I have to part ways with my Saiga-308. Very good condition. Only a couple hundred rounds put through it. 22" model, converted, dragonuv-style stock. Comes with 8 round mag, high-rise scope rail, and RSA adjustable trigger group valued at $100. In addition, I have ordered 3 high capacity (20 round) magazines from FMBG, which should be coming out soon. If you buy the gun I will let the guys at FMBG know to transfer over my 3 mags to you - these mags currently cannot be

Funny, I have a 22" and had a carbine OSOK's analysis is pretty much spot on.

Bump etc. I understand that these things take time, but no updates in the review thread, no updates here. Whats the deal? Cheers.

Here is the thing with cheap scopes: they are very often hit or miss. Most of the expensive ones you know you are getting a reliable, durable piece of glass. Worth the money? Depends on how much money you have to blow. With the cheaper ones it varies from brand to brand and even (sometimes) from scope to scope. I have a cheapo ($40) BSA variable power scope (1.5x-4x) on my saiga-308, it has held true for me through lots of firing and some rough handling. If you can't afford anything else, I'd just advise to close your eyes, pick one of the cheaper BSA models and hope you chose right.

Why does this saiga 308 look so different?

Solution: put the actual top amount you'd be willing to pay for the item when you make your bid instead of some random amount? I mean bid sniping only really works if you're stupid and don't put the max you're willing to pay at the top amount of your bid. -

I, too, would enjoy having the FBMG logo on my magazines. Could ya'all insert a stickers with your logo in my magazine? There's nothing like having a cute bunny on your hicap magazine. -

I think I'm the only 'her' on here. I'll have all the pleasure I can handle when I get my magazines. ! BTW, the ribbed look is wicked-cool. Well see, all the more reason for the joke to have been made earlier -

Does this mean the new mags are on their way? Or did the first round just go out to the tester/reviewers?
