  1. Mercury-Hermes, if I remember right. Yes, it's Mercury-Hermes. BVamp has a private phone number to call and they always answer and cater to his every whim.
  2. He said this week he'd tell us something... This week is pretty much over now... I'll put a nice big old surprised smiley face in this thread if he actually comes through with some "priviledged" information. I wont be holding my breath though. He posted in another thread last night...
  3. That's pretty damn clear for a cell phone picture.
  4. Lupo, I was about to shot bricks when I saw the title of this, I was like "Not another fucking one!!"
  5. The suspense is killing me as well He said this week he'd tell us something... This week is pretty much over now...
  6. I guess I should have searched other forums after I didn't find it here. If I had the ability to shut this thread down I would. Just looking down the list in the General Dicussion section, you can see several threads dealing with this.
  7. There are numerous threads on this in numerous sections of this forum. If it's here, it's on the other forums as well. I'm sure it's even on calguns.
  8. Yes, the more it's brought up on this forum, the more likely it will pass.
  9. I filed mine to fit my AK30 mag that I had because it had the thickest tab. For most of my steel mags with thinner tabs, there's a little up and down play, but it has no effect on the cycling of the gun or feeding of the magazine. Just take some dummy rounds or snap caps and cycle a few times with different mags to see if there are any hiccups.
  10. Your welcome bro, just remember to post pictures when you get it and remove the incorrect slant brake!!! I think I am going with CNC Warrior's M84 birdcage for the VZ58 Got one ordered. I like birdcage flash hiders. go with the original CZ-Pattern, they look tight on the 58! Trust me, you will not be disappointed. Trust Sal. I'd get in his white van for some free candy any day!!
  11. It's those whack-o's that are going to give the rest of us upstanding, sane gun owners that negative stereotype that we're all like that. I agree, Unfortunately theres always a rotten apple that spoils the bunch. Yup, and instead of disposing of just that one bad apple, since it's somehow been in contact with all the other apples in the bunch, they're all deemed spoiled.

  13. I've shot some yugo through a chinese SKS and it performed flawless. Cleaning it wasn't bad either, just took a leak down the barrel and it was good to go But in all seriousness, it wasn't that much more difficult or time consuming.
  14. In most cases, they don't serve their constituents, they serve themselves and fuck their constituents
  15. I'm so tired of hearing about this, with people pissing their pants and commencing in panic-buying. Most vendors won't care that they'll be banned, they'll be laughing all the way to the bank as they mark up the prices on what they have left. Might as well accept that things will never go back to the way things were and that they'll only get worse. The sooner most folks realize it, the easier it will be for them to accept it. A lot of people who claim they'll fight the government should our rights be stripped away, are the ones who will roll over at the first sign of trouble. If you panic abou
  16. It is now Friday, and still no word from BVamp on anything. He did say the week after SHOT show all would become clear right? And that's this week right? I must be losing my sense of time.
  17. Because they know it's not evil, just how certain cars we buy can go 150+ mph, even though local laws prohibit more than 75 mph. Is having the ability to go 150+ mph evil? No. So why should a little hole that facilitates proper function of a weapon be considered evil if it's only natural? But of course I wouldn't expect any politicians to understand that But I bet they damn well want their "personal" bodyguards to be armed with weapons that have the natural auto feature However, if they're so keen on disarming the public, they better include their bodyguards But then they feel vulnerabl
  18. Come back to chat, Nail!!

  19. Thanks to what happened on the 10th of April in 1986, you can't have that rifle the way it should be. But congrats to having an awesome rifle!!
  20. I thought about getting one of the $900 ones, but I haven't seen any for an extraordinarily good deal, so I guess I'm holding off for a nice used one.
  21. Diving into learning Objective-C, should be fun.

  22. Here's an idea, if you have the money, get both. The WASR is a great plinker and can provide just as many hours of fun as a Saiga. The quality won't be as great, nor will the accuracy, but it never hurts to have as a backup rifle, or another rifle for your buddy to shoot. I love my Saiga above all for sure, and the conversion process was a lot of fun, but I can't be harsh towards one of the best specimens of WASRs I've cherry-picked. Ymmv.
