Either one is going to be ok. For me I can go with either trigger, just takes some practice getting used to it and setting it up properly. The two stage is nice because you can pull the slack and set it right on the edge easier, usually breaks really clean. Its not necessary, but it is nice to have. You can still accomplish the same thing with a single stage, but it can be a little more difficult when youre starting off. Once you get used to it, its just as nice. The trigger pulls are different but in the end you want a clean, consistent break from either trigger.
