Caspian, could you also talk him into getting hammered every once in a while and producing a crappy one so we won't miss the Russian made stuff? Seriously, I'd rather send a little more of my money in-country anyway. The AWB didn't work because the feds were going up against American ingenuity the whole time.

Thanks for the clarification on the 3-gun issue. What does destructive device even mean when a criminal can make an SBS in five minutes with a hacksaw? BTW:how much will an import ban jack up the price? I wish someone made them here on the States.

3-gun is a sport. I'm kind of a stand-out around these parts for being more liberal then most....but this is ridiculous. How did pistol grips become an issue? A lot of shooters prefer traditional stocks and not because they desire a less functional weapon. There's a real debate over their effectiveness. The real reason for this change will not be to limit crime but to control the gun culture by making sure that we don't have access to "cool" guns and get all excited about them.

Have you invested in an alarm? My father-in-law used to say "A trained thief could by-pass that, you know." My response was that I was worried about a junky looking for quick cash or some gang member trying something stupid, not a clan of techno-ninjas. My barking dogs also helped. "But those won't stop a DETERMINED intruder." Yeah, but the combination of an alarm and dogs made the hundred houses on my block without them look like much better targets. I hope that everyone here has invested in a decent lock for your doors and lights for the outside. Attackers look for opportunity and
