  5. hey peeps I have the UTG quad rail. Put it on and FTE. I also removed the top piece, and runs great 100%. The way the UTG clamps down on the weapon obstructs the gas tube im guessing. So instead of buying a new rail, this is wat i did. I went and spent $4.00 at ace hardware and bought a 1/8" piece of square aluminum, placed it between where the top piece bolts together in the grooves on each side and sinched it down. Its secure and no more FTE problems. I have the UTG qaud for my .223 also, and no problems at all with that setup. I like the rail, but I like figuring stuff out too. Hop
  6. Hey Mens, I hope this helps yall. It helped me. Had the same problem with mine. I was running high capacity mags promag 30 rndrs, i noticed on the mags that there is a little plastic bullet guide on the mag, and mine was broken off when i forgot to hold the bolt hold open button and thye bolt slamed into that piece of the mag when i was taking the mag off to reload it. didnt notice it until i loaded it up and tried to fire, the shells that didnt jam while loading where dented after spent. Ok you have 2 options buy more mags, or buy the metal bullet guide from DINZAGARMS.com. I bought t

Hey peeps I was thinking of getin sum drums for the BEAST. Are the MD Arms drums any good. I was leaning towards the 20 rndrs. Any thoughts?
  12. Heres my BEAST!!!!! Tapco Trigger Forward conversion with pistol grip Tapco Adj. Stock ProMag 12 Rnd Mag. UTG Qaud Rail UTG Foregrip
  13. See i dont think it obstructs the blow hole. LOL, i just made that up, blow hole.
  14. this is my S12 with the Top rail on and the rail clamps onto the weapon to secure it. When clamped on the gun Fails to Eject (FTE) the spent round.
  15. I dont know if this pic will come out to goog this is my S12 with the top rail guard off and this is when it shoots fine.
  16. No the rail doesnt obstruct the hole at all. It was how tight the two piece rail gaurd was fit. If it was tightened down enuff it wasnt secure and would wobble. So it clamps down on the gas tube kinda bending it when it was tightened enuff to not wobble. I have the same type of rail for my saiga .223 and it runs fine tightened all the way down. But i took it off and shot it with no gaurd or anything and everyshot ran great. It beat the shit out of my shoulder though lol.
  17. Thanx fumes great help. I got the UTG quAd rail. I did use the mounting hole but it clamps together. I think i can make some spacer platz so it tightens up without clamping too much into the gas tub.
  18. Hey peepl. I was having a problem with my S12, Failure To Eject the spent round. I had lots of tips and hints and info from alot of great peeps. Here is wat i did to fix it. I started with polishing up the bolt and bolt carrier. Have a nice finish and it did feel a little smoother. Ok back out to my buddys house to try it out. Using Federal 1/8 birdshot I loaded up my 12 Rnd Mag. Setting 2 for light loads Fired, and failed, cleared the round with my hand, round 2 fail rnd 3 and 4 all failed. Fumes mentioned in one of our conversations(thanks fumes)taking off the aftermarket guard
  19. Ok, just been reading alot of stuff on this. I hate reading but atleast its sumthing I like. So another glance into the gas block and I have three ports. they are open and i can shove a small pick set tool in them and see them when i look down the barrel so 3 ports confirmed. So im thinkin if the pick goes through, then gas can get in with no probs. i deffinitly need to take it out soon with some 00, cuz thats really what is supposed to be used in these shotties, or slugs. Maybe thats wat is needed. im trying to do the easy stuff i hear everyone trying b4 banging, clanging, drilling,
  20. Hey peeps thanx for all the info. Ill let you know how it comes out and wat all i did. Again thanx for all the ideas and i appreciate it.
  21. Hey everyone. Im new to the S12 forum. I have a Saiga 12 and was freakin excited to get it to the range. I converted it by moving the trigger forward, adjustable stock, and pistol grip. i never shot the weapon prior to the conversion. so is the conversion to blame in Failure To Eject problem? Ive read a little about the problem and checked the gas ports i only see 1 whole port in the center and another that i can barely see towards the edge closest to the end of the gas tube. havent removed the block not sure im experienced enuff for that i did do the conversion myself but this modifica
