  1. GUYS, RECENTLY BOUGHT A COPY OF THE 2017 ISSUE OF AK47 MAGAZINE, AND ON PG. 14 IS AN ARTICLE ABOUT THE RETURN OF THE PPS43-C. SEEMS AS THOUGH RADOM HAS CAUGHT UP ON ITS MILITARY CONTRACT WORK, AND HAS RESUMED PRODUCTION OF THE PPS43-C. ALSO JUST FOUND ANOTHER ARTICLE ON THE '43-C, AND RADOM IN THE SEPTEMBER 2017 ISSUE OF FIREARMS NEWS (FORMERLY THE SHOTGUN NEWS). I LOVE MINE, HAVE A SCOPE RAIL MOUNTED ATOP THE BARREL SHROUD, WITH THE SIG 1X RED DOT FROM MY 556R. FROM THE BENCH, IT IS SUPERBLY ACCURATE, SHOOTING JUST OVER A 1" 5RND GROUP AT 50YDS, WITH THAT RED DOT A
  2. Guys, I have Gunfix'r's adjustable gas plugs in both my S-12, and S-410. They seem to provide all the range of adjustment that you'd ever need. I've never handled a VEPR, so don't know if the plugs will fit and work on the VEPR or not. Don't forget copper-based never-seize on the threads! JESS1344
  3. Guys, Saw a blurb on this earlier. 6MOA Red Dot, 50,000Hr. Battery life on a 2032 batt. Comes with 8 adapters for various dimensioned barrel ribs. No price listed, but I'm sure its comparable with the rest of the Aimpoint line. JESS1344
  4. Carolina, I wish someone would make a deeper pig nose for that crosshair buffer. As it is, you only get to use a bit over half of the threaded end to go into the pig nose before it bottoms out against the heads of the bolts that hold it against the ace hinge. I keep getting this mental image of either the threads stripping out, or the pig nose splitting under recoil, and me eating the back of the receiver! JESS1344
  5. I think it would look great shucked back a bit. That's craziness! These things kick like a mule with the 19" barrel, I can't imagine how thYborey feel as an SBS!!! OUCH!!! Alan Alan, Get one of the crosshair hydraulic recoil buffers that replaces the buffer tube in an m4-type stock. You can shoot 3' mags in a t-shirt with nary a bruise. There's another one, kynshot, that is adjustable, but I have no personal experience with that one. JESS 1344 The Crosshair Hydraulic recoil buffer doesn't replace the buffer tube, it just replaces the buffer in an AR. I don't see how you could in

  7. Guys, Read in the current issue of American Handgunner, in Ayoob's "Ayoob Files" column. A sad day..... BTW, Aim Sports still has some. JESS1344
  8. GUYS, LAUGH AT THAT PIC IF YOU LIKE, BUT MY OUTFIT, C 1/6, WAS ON THE USS GUAM IN DECEMBER '76, AND DOCKED IN MOMBASA, KENYA FOR ABOUT 10 DAYS OR SO. THERE WAS A DAY TOUR GOING OUT TO TSAVO GAME PRESERVE, AND ONE OF MY FELLOW 0351'S CAME BACK, TELLING ME ABOUT A SIGHT THEY'D WITNESSED. A BULL ELEPHANT THROWIN' THE MEAT TO A RHINO. I ACCUSED HIM OF SMOKIN' TOO MUCH MOMBASA GOLD, BUT HE SWORE THAT IT WAS TRUE, AND HE HAD PICS OF IT. SURE ENOUGH, WHEN WE GOT BACK UP TO THE MED, AND HAD FILM DEVELOPING SERVICES, HE SHOWED ME THE PICS, AND THERE WAS NO DOUBT ABOUT IT
  9. YAK, SOROS SHOULD BE DECLARED A WAR CRIMINAL FOR HIS ACTIVITIES IN EASTERN EUROPE IN WW II AND AN INTERNATIONAL ARREST WARRANT ISSUED! JESS1344
  10. GUYS, TO QUOTE SIR WINSTON CHURCHILL, FROM 12/07/41: "I SLEPT THE SLEEP OF THE SAVED".......... JESS1344
  11. GY, CAMELS SOUP..............GUNNY, YOU BEEN IN THE DESERT TOO LONG...... JESS1344;~))
  12. GUYS, MAYBE THAT NEW 7.5 BRNO WOULD BE A GOOD ROUND, BUT YOU'D PROBABLY HAVE TO MAKE IT GAS OPERATED, I THINK IT'D BE A BIT MUCH FOR A BLOWBACK ACTION. JESS1344
