  1. I have the same issue with my gun and a Tac47 autoplug. Have ordered a Die to chase the threads on the Tac47 plug. Mine will screw in one full turn before it binds. Mine does not show any interference with barrel. Will follow up after I receive the Die. Follow up: The Die helped a little. Followed bbwps advice of rubbing compound (Used 600 grit lapping compound, from Wheeler Engineering). Cleaned the threads on both the gas block and the autoplug.   4. Have a 4 port S12. Drilled out the ports with 5/64" drill bit and drilled out the gas block hole with 5/16" drill bit. Cleaned up all burs with fine sand paper. Most of the 4 ports were open in the gas block hole but drilling it out to 5/16" opened them up very clear. No filing was required. This gun also has the Tac 47 Auto gas regulator, as well as bolt polish. The gun now shoots cheep Walmart Federal 3 Dram, 1 1/8 oz shot, 7 1/2 shot ammo with zero failures.   5. I am confused. Does the nipple face the gas knob or the op rod? I have mine with the nipple towards the op rod. Will any damage occur if running it that way. Thanks
