  1. I drop by here now and then when I get a chance. Have you tried calling? When/how did you try to contact us? If you send us an email with all of your contact info in it and how many mags you want, we will put you on the list and contact you, then bill you when they are ready. If you place an order online, you are billed at the time you order. For more details or further explanations, please call us at the store or see the main page as you log into the web site. HTH.
  2. IIRC, I also told you to either send them back for a refund or exchange. Since the issue is probably with the body, we can swap that and try to get you a functional mag. We have plenty of those. And as pointed out, it not only says we are out of them on the main page (at the very begining) but in the description of the product as well.
  3. The week of the 12th we were changing over servers (Which is why the web site was down from time to time). I have been out of the office on a famil emergency and am just now getting back to process the orders that came in once the site was fully switched over to the new server. Please call me at the shop so I can give you a status since I have no clue who "gdk" is in real life.

    We ran off to the bahamas! Seriously we are changing over name servers so it will be down a day or two. Did you try calling before you paniced? The shotguns are on their way from RAAC. They were out, so we were out. Hell, even the closest RSR was out. Anyway, they will go out as soon as we get them which should be mid next week.

  10. There have been limited problems with all of 3 guns where the side to side play has been an issue of concern. So far, nobody has sent the mags back. If they present a problem, send them back and we will replace them, period. But it seems to have been a matter of Russian tolerances so far.

As for Larry, I take resonsibility for everything that happened from day one to now. I am here now, trying to make our company and our presence online better across the board.   12. First of all, we have contibuted a couple hundred dollars to this board. So we are not using the board for a free ride. Secondly, I have repeatedly accepted full responsibility for the screw up and appologised for it repeatedly. I don't know what else you want, but I have tried to make it right for those in the pre-order problem. I don't have a problem with anyone expressing their feelings about their dealings with us. Our spam filter is set at max due to the amount of junk we are getting. Stuff is not getting thru. But why don't you ring us between 10 and 6 MST? I will be happy to get you new mags. As President of the company, I take responsibility for the actions of my employees and the company, and a mistake was made and I take responsibility for it.   19. Since we are over the hump with getting them out, all it will take is an email or phone call and I will get it fixed. But I need real names and addresses to make it right.   24. I bagged 3 big boxes of mags tonight and we need to pick up more packaging materials in the morning, and then we will have every order up to today out in the mail, priority.
