The Beretta PX4 is nice. It gives you the choice of 3 grip sizes -
I carry a Beretta PX4 whith a Kahr P9 as a backup

I have a springfield GI and i keep it clean. I have a problem after about 30 rounds or so it does not want to close on its own. It also tears the brass as it is being ejected.
