Does a forward grip really help in aiming and firing ergonomics? Cobra 76 two 2,677 Posted April 30, 2006 Author Report Share Posted April 30, 2006 The only other weapon I've fired with a forward grip was Tom Cole's full auto S-12 and let me tell you it really made a difference on that one. PogueMahone 0 Posted May 1, 2006 Report Share Posted May 1, 2006 the vert grip makes for a more natural hold and dealing with muzzle rise. also, there's a certain amount of isometric force that pushes the long arm back into your shoulder for a better weld. this was especially true in the romanian design! the drawback is you have this thing hanging down that always bumps into shit, gets hung up, just generally gets in the way.
