I used "mistic metal mover 2" as my cutting fluid in case anybody cares AMERICAN INGENUITY IS UNEQUALLED IN THE WORLD!!
cpileri 0
I recommend another person to hold it. Or a piece of leather or neoprene or something non-scratching in a vice held at several points. I really ache in several joints from the contortionist positions I used to hold it myself while threading it by hand. C-

drooling idiot 1
has anyone threaded an internal choke gun yet , like rem-choke? is there enough metal to cut for threads? has everyone so far had the standard 22" barrel?
cpileri 0
Idid a standard 22-in bbl, no internal chokes. If I didn't post it above, let me recommend a vice or someone to hold it while you thread. I was able with near-maximal effort apply enough leverage and torque to hold and thred. But i really beat myself up doing it. Guess i am getting older. C-
