The ammunition in question is steel jacketed and steel cased and the projectile is copper washed. It is magnetic, but not steel cored.
mini14jac 1
Mine feeds the Wolf Military Classic hp just fine. Haven't tried the black box yet.
captzeno 5
I have used black box Wolf 122 grain hollow points, Wolf 154 grain soft points and Silver Bear match "effect" loads with nothing but perfect function in my Saiga.
The-Beast 0
I have had feed issues with mine, but only out of my steel mag using wolf HP's. factory plastic 10 rd mag loads them fine. golden tiger works best, but wolf fits the bill good, i suggest stick with their FMJ's (military classic & black Box ) Edited April 8, 2008 by The-Beast
