scoutjoe 276
Alright, I got back my second drum from the local shop. I decided that I didn't want to leave the solid black cover on it so I put on the clear one. That being said I can't get the dang cover clip back on. Looking at the groove on the axis pin, it seems to be sitting just a touch higher than the back of the cover and the clip won't make the "jump" up to it. When my mind went to clamping vice grips onto the cover clip and beating on it with a hammer I figured I'd better stop....and ask for advice, direction (no I will not send you my drum...so wipe that idea outta your heads)
gtnichols 51
If you were to package your drum and mail it to me, I'll fix it and return it in ,..GFDDF%@#(#*) years! Scout joe, look in another thread from,... like ,....yesterday, I think they said, put the pin in first, then the screws around the outside edge. I don't have mine yet, but have been following those posts who do,.. :chris: :chris: :chris: :chris:
