I was grinding the thing off to install a MP5 front and it just fell into the gasblock when I had it flush with the ramp. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

That means they are like peened on the inside and won't unscrew like the old ones. You are pretty much stuck with either grinding or filing it off flush, then drilling / punching it out, or filing flush and just drilling / tapping a new hole. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
