Cobra 76 two 2,677 Posted December 4, 2008 Report Share Posted December 4, 2008 I just got a Chaos quad rail and after having had both, I agree 100% with what CarolinaSS said. This rail is much lighter weight but just as sturdy feeling, looks and feels less bulky, and is also priced much more reasonably. The only other difference from what I can tell, is the Chaos rail does not have integral sights like the Halo does. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Cobra 76 two 2,677 Posted December 4, 2008 Report Share Posted December 4, 2008 As far as quad rails go for the S-12, the Chaos one is definitely a very nice product and IMO, better than the Halo. It's lighter, less expensive, just as well built, and has the same sort of look, without the added sights on top. As for tri rails, Chaos also has a very nice one, as does DPH arms and Surefire. I haven't seen the Surefire up close yet but after talking to Phil the other day, it sounds quite impressive. I have seen the DPH tri rail and it's AWESOME! It is my personal favorite of all the ones I've seen. Their quad rail for the Saiga rifles is also very very nice, and is convertable from tri to quad. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
