well, if "keep and bear arms" doesn't mean own, what the hell does it mean?? I think it means what it says, you can keep (own, possess, collect, shoot, target practice, hunt, competition shoot, self defense, etc) em, and you can carry em. says what it says.

It seems pretty obvious to me that the poll isn't a trick question.

Here's the poll question verbiage:

Unfortunately, it says "Does the Second Amendment give individuals the right to bear arms?" It doesn't GIVE the right. The Bill of Rights ENUMERATES (lists) Rights granted us by God.

 

Trick poll or poor understanding of the Document? Of course, to the uneducated, it still looks like we win.
