The 9th circuit court just ruled on the Nordyke case today, and AFFIRMED the incorporation of the 2nd Amendment. This will not only effect California, but Nevada, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Hawaii. State and local firearms laws are about to tumble like a house of cards. This is bigger than the Heller decision, and can have far reaching positive implications for CCW and the right to own banned firearms in prohibitive states. The NRA and 2A lawyers are gathering to strike as we speak! Finally, our fight in California is getting results. Star tuned, because a 2nd amendment shitstorm is about to start.

Wait,

The NINTH ruled in favor of the 2nd????????

Yep, and even stated that the right goes far beyond just self defense, but a duty to uphold an armed militia capable of immediately addressing terrorist threats! Thank god for that Reagan appointed judge! Us Cali gun owners have been dumping lots of money into these fights, and we have some great patriot lawyers that devote a great deal of time to our cause. Things finally seem to be swinging in our favor. Oh, by the way, this case can not be appealed!

This case has the SCOTUS written all over it. From what little I have read the 2nd Amendment issue wasn't even raised by either party initially. The trial judge raised the issue. This case has been bouncing back and forth for many years. If neither side files a petition for Writ of Certioria then the SCOTUS should use it's discretionary appellate review jurisdiction to issue a decision which melds all the conflicting decisions from sister circuits. And I do agree the decision is good for those who support the 2nd even though Nordyke lost some parts of the case.
