Aiming laser in light/laser combo

Recommended Posts

I have the $89 (better one) tac light and laser combo from I think it was Carolina Shooter's Supply.

While the light is okay, the laser is not centered properly and is off to one side too much. There were no instructions at all with the light/laser assembly, and I can find no means to adjust the laser. There is a large Allen wrench to tighten the mounting screw, and a tiny Allen wrench that doesn't seem to fit anything. There are no screws that fit it that I can find anywhere, but it must be for SOMETHING.

Does anyone know how to adjust the laser?

Thanks.

Most lasers have 2 allen screws to for elevation and so forth. It appears that there are two allen screws on the side perhaps covered with little disks (i'm going by the picture). Try that. if that doesn't work, if you can possibly unscrew the head of the laser there may be two adjustment screws behind the lens cover (that's how most single laser systems are adjusted)

FWIW (and I'm sure this isn't worth much to you)... having a weapon laser on a shotgun is silly.... Unless you are firing only slugs out of your gun.

I had a tactical green laser with pressure pad on my S-20 for a few weeks, then realized how idiotic such a configuration was for 00-buck.

YMMV.

That small allen fits the laser adjustment screws. Look for the 2 small allen screws on the bottom and side of the laser.

Call me if you are still having trouble.
