D-H 20 Posted September 25, 2009 Report Share Posted September 25, 2009 So I finally bought one, didn't come with instructions but it seemed simple enough to attach. My question is, do I have to beat the hell out of this thing to get it on there? Or is there something real simple that I'm completely overlooking? TonyRumore 1,332 Posted September 25, 2009 Report Share Posted September 25, 2009 Some OEM handles are larger or of a different profile than others. You should be able to knock it into place with a mallet though. If yours is way out of the norm, you might have to remove a little material from the handle, but I have never seen one that required more than a couple mallet blows to seat it in place.
