The gas tubes, sights, hand guards, etc etc (anything not directly involved with the cartridge) are functionally identical. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

The ramp on there is designed to give proper elevation for it's original cartridge using any sight ladder- 7.62x39, 5.45x39 etc.... Quote Link to post Share on other sites
