IndyArms 10,186
Thats right... GOOGLE is the latest weapon in the crime fighters arsenal... Google 1, FBI 0: In September, Nebraska prison guard Michal Preclik, 32 (who had been on the job for a year and had just been promoted), was discovered to be on the lam from Interpol for drug and fraud crimes in the Czech Republic. The Corrections Department's background check, on the FBI's National Criminal Information Center database, had turned up nothing, but when officials subsequently Googled Preclik, the Interpol wanted poster was one of the top results. [Lincoln Journal Star-AP, 10-20-09] Go figure!
sudaevpps43 31
Well that sure reaffirms my faith in our federal law enforcement agencies, that Google does better than the Feds own databases for background checks. So what in the hell is the FBI doing with the tax payer money set aside in their budget for keeping their own database up to date? I guess they must be using that money to buy their morning coffee and doughnuts instead. Edited February 1, 2010 by Frogfoot

janusthephoenix 24
I guess if you want to work in the intelligence community these days, you don't go CIA. You join Google. "He asked me why when we talk about Google, we don't put the word 'the' in front of it. I said, do you put the word 'the' in front of God?"
