ziondogg 0
I just installed the bullet guide from Carolina Shooters Supply and the screw is not flush with the guide. I even took it back out cuz I thought I might of been at an angle but it even sticks up when its not installed. Has anybody else had this problem? Any suggestions? Crsswift70 1
Sounds like it isn't tapped deep enough.

oliverb 4
Just observing the pics of the one from Dinzag and the one from CSS, there looked to be a difference to me. The screw with the Dinzag bullet guide is flat on the top and the guide is recessed enough for the screw to set below the surface of the guide. Doesn't sound like a tap depth problem but a difference in the two guides & screws. Edited February 25, 2010 by oliverb
ziondogg 0
It was the screw, I had to to hardware store to get a flathead. Problem solved.
Crsswift70 1
Ahh sorry, didn't know the plate didn't have a recess, or i guess not deep enough of one. I am about to order one of these... I'm sure others have them installed. Does the lack of recess even cause a problem? Edited February 26, 2010 by Crsswift70
ziondogg 0
The bolt was hitting the screw head and not letting it close all the way.
