JK-47 33
it's no big deal. my 2006 saiga .223 did not have a PG nut hole, i just used annother ak receiver as a template to cut the new hole. drill each corner of the square hole with a small bit and connect the holes with a dremmel cutting disc. KC913 324
Mine didn't have a PG hole when I went to convert it, so I just printed a template, cut out the pg hole from the template, layed it over the bottom of the receiver and lined up the other holes and colored the square in with a sharpie to cut the hole in the receiver. I used a 3/8 inch drill bit to make the initial hole and then a small triangular hand file to square the hole for the PG nut. Easier than I thought it would be.
