leshalfhill 0
I could have sworn that I have seen directions for installing a recoil buffer on a Saiga .308. Now I can't seem to find it, and I've been searching for hours. Can anyone point me to a good site for this? Thanks
hoop762 0
if you are talking about a recoil buffer like from blackjack, the buffer just slides on over the recoil spring...no tools/mods needed. you just slide it in to place. i couldnt find a website with instructions but i hope this helps HOOP
IndyArms 10,186
make sure its facing the correct way... sometimes if its not, it can jam up the gun, as your bolt carrier doesnt have the proper clearance it needs...
whatthedil 7
Is it any different than the shotgun? http://forum.saiga-12.com/index.php?showtopic=
Macx 2
My spring doesn't look like that, those pics look like it is two springs maybe of different rates with some kind of connector . . . but otherwise, no, the buffer on the .308 install exactly the same.
G O B 3,516
The .308 has a little plate/spacer at the rear trunion, install the buffer in front of that. Otherwise same as any other AK or Saiga type. G O b
Maniac Jack 2
I kind of wondered about that too. So the little metal plate/spacer won't get in the way of the operation of the bolt carrier huh?
