Vintovka1891 1
Anyone have a clue when the next batch is due to arrive? I missed out when they first came in and were selling on Centerfiresystems for $350. They told me they should have more in the Fall (over the summer). Now we are approaching winter and still no sign of them...

Vintovka1891 1
Thanks. Do you know if it has dimples on the mag well? The picture shows a receiver without the dimples.
physicsnerd 139
I believe that Greg said that he unboxed one specimen and it did have dimples. He had an announcement in his WTS section.
Mullet Man 2,114
Greg said that he opened one box from each caliber and they all had dimples. I asked specifically for the open box one so i knew it had dimples. ^^ there ya go. Word is these might be Legion Saigas too. I can wait a couple more days to find out, however i'm sure a simple PM to CSS would get a for sure answer.
WildmamWilliams 51
Yeah, Centerfire definitely had them when I ordered one on Thursday. They just told me it's shipping today, but I couldn't tell ya if there is any more or not.
Vintovka1891 1
Thank you for all the replies. Is it true that all of the 5.45x39 Saigas have bullet guides installed and accept the standard 5.45 AK mags? I hear these are the easiest variants to convert to traditional AK style. cobravenom39 17
They will not have bullet guides. Part of the reason they are allowed to import them is that they are incompatible with surplus/standard mags.

True but word is with the IZ240's, is that they usually have no problem being fed from surplus mags without a bullet guide. YMMV of course.
