You used to be quite abrasive yourself (as was I) before you realized it was bad for business. I like the idea of giving people a chance to modify their behavior before any heads roll. I have a feeling that's the purpose of this thread, not to crusade against or to alienate anyone, but to state a message. That is absolute DEAD ON! You are 100% correct Pauly! As a non-moderator I was offended by a moderator shutting down a thread for apparently no reason other than he didn't like it! That is MOST DEFINTELY bad for business. I didn't come back for a month and I was thinking seriously of becoming a financial contributer at the time. Yea, I know, some of the moderators would say I was just a little bitch, which, in my mind, puts in question there ability to fairly moderate, but I am willing to bet a lot of non-moderators don't feel expressing your honest opinion, if done politely, warrants insults or, worse, shutdowns. After all, the purpose of a forum is to communicate. Also I don't take seriously criticism from people who don't know me or that can't give me a logical reason for their views.
