shooter2 5
Saiga-12 mag pouches:for 5 rounder: US$13.00 (Velcro fastenings, 4-color camo) for 8 rounder: US$16.00 (Press-button fastenings, black) - it also fits Saiga-20 10 rounder. Neat! Are these made specifically for the Saiga mags, or adapted from standard AK or RPK pouches? If they're specific pouches and you've got pics, would you post them in the Saiga-12 discussion forum? I think the members would be interested in seeing them; I wasn't aware that such a product existed.
Cobra 76 two 2,677
Could you post a pic of those camo mags as well as the pouches? I have a factory camo S-12 and would like to see if they match.
acca47 0
I will post pics of camo 5 rounders tomorrow. here come small pics (to avoid clattering the forum with large images) of Saiga-12 5rd and 8rd mag pouches: To see large pics (500x1100 pixels, 200Kb each) go here: http://saiga12mags.cdetc.com/5rd.jpg http://saiga12mags.cdetc.com/5rd-back.jpg http://saiga12mags.cdetc.com/8rd.jpg These are pouches designed specifically for Saiga-12 mags. Sorry for somewhat crappy images - got my camera broken and had to use a borrowed cheap camera.
acca47 0
I have a factory camo S-12 and would like to see if they match. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Camo mags for Saiga-12 come in two different camo colors - "summer" and "fall". I will try to take pictures of both kinds, but supply may vary - that is I wont be able to promise I could get specific one. "Summer" camo is the most widespread type. Cobra 76 two 2,677
Is this "summer camo"?
acca47 0
Is this "summer camo"? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> yes. in "fall camo" there are more yellow and brown patterns and less green.
acca47 0
Here is pics of S-12 5r camo mags. Large picture (1950 x 869 pixels, 275 Kb) is here: http://saiga12mags.cdetc.com/5rd-camo-4.jpg I labelled different kinds of camo paint as Camo 1, Camo 2 and Camo 3 - since even shop assistants (male!) at Izhmash shop werent able to tell one from another. I mean, they cannot quarantee which one is "Spring camo", which one is "Summer camo" and which one is "Autumn camo". Besides, keep in mind what non-professional digital cameras (just like mine) can somewhat change colors. Edited June 17, 2005 by acca47
