We are tired of ALL the politicians, friend or foe - if they have served in the swamp that is sucking us down - VOTE THEM OUT! Hence, no ability to quote it, and little ability to criticize or stop it. It has huge Constitutional implications because it eliminates debate, modification, or filibuster of any legislation that such a committee squeezes out onto the chest of America.
