Kosh 1 Posted January 18, 2012 Report Share Posted January 18, 2012 What would be considered the normal turn around time from placing an order to acknowledgment of that order via email or other means? I have been waiting since 1/10/2012 for some sort of communication regarding the order status, shipping, anything. An inquiry was sent yesterday via email without response as well.
