1200hd_cj 3
Does the MKA-1919 come with a threaded barrel and if it does do the S12 breaks work?
Fallschirmjager667 729
it's internally threaded for chokes, i believe there is an adapter to use s12 brakes

johnboatcat 24
They work well on the S12 brakes if the adapter is threaded correctly. Mine was not. Ask them to check it for correct threading before shipping. Order the nut to tighten it once it is clocked correctly also.
gunfun 3,931
Tromix also sells slip on brakes, so that you can still change out your chokes. IMO that is the way to go.
johnboatcat 24
The Tromix Shark is a very nice break and slip on with locktite makes it easy for sure. I just went with the adapter because it gives me the ability to test and use a variety of the brakes for the S12 or no break at all. It also is easy to remove in case one needs to remove or replace the plastic front sight. It also allows me to remove it easily to use a laser bore sighter. They do not work well with a break attached. Just more versitale I guess.
fritzthemoose 3
it's internally threaded for chokes, i believe there is an adapter to use s12 brakes are there different ones out there or are the ones in the US different from the ones in Europe? I do have an outside thread but no internal one. and mine is brand new as its one manufactured acc to CIP specs which they dont do very long yet supposingly
