opto_isolator 3
I think my front site block is canted a little. Is there a safe / easy way to correct the slight cant without damaging the FSB?
opto_isolator 3
OK, just one thing to clarify. I removed the factory site block and installed a 74 by press fitting it on (its not pinned).
redfish28 50
Put it in a vice and smack the base of the sight with a dead blow hammer. I do this even after the sight has been pinned. It works. Don't be affraid to really give it some muscle.
Agent Lemon 157
If its pressed on but not pinned then just smack it with a rubber mallet. I would use a quality laser bore sighter to make sure that its on good. Not one of them cheap lil 20 dollar ones. Once its on straight just pin it with the regular 3mm pins. If you find that its fucked up once you pin it, take the pins out, correct the cant, and drill oversized to 1/8th inch. Then get some 1/8th inch rods (found online) and make pins out of em. Its neat to have them be so long cause if anything, you can make them longer than the pins and then bend them at the sides to make sure they will never drift out on their own.
